The VanderMyde Group represents the Top Agent Award from the Kill Devil Hills location, finding the secret sauce of motivated individuals, combining talents to provide a superior customer experience, the VanderMyde Group is honored with these distinguished awards.
Top Producer of the Year, Heather Sakers of the Kitty Hawk location of Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty had extraordinary production in 2017, earning Coldwell Banker International President's Elite, reserved for top producing agents among the Coldwell Banker brand. Heather Sakers is a consistent top producer at Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty and is the top agent in both sales volume and units sold as well as the top listing agent for the Kitty Hawk office.
Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty of Elizabeth City honors Crystal Clark as its Top Agent representing both top production in sales volume and units sold. Crystal's production this year also earned her the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society recognition.
