ABOUT Joan Joan Solomont has been a successful real estate professional in the Boston area since 1990. A licensed Realtor and Broker, she joined the Coldwell Banker team in 2011 after a stint at a small independent real estate office. As a resident of Brookline for over 35 years, Joan draws on vast personal experience and in-depth professional knowledge when it comes to everything the town and the sur- rounding area has to offer.
