    Coldwell Banker Agents Complete New Training Class

    As a response to the COVID-19 restrictions and voluntary closure of their offices, the leadership of Coldwell Banker Premier launched a new Zoom-based productivity accountability program called, The Routine. It was designed as a month-long crash course on how to structure daily tasks and integrate the company’s many tools and systems into everyday business practices to generate new and repeat business. The class size was kept small, to encourage camaraderie and allow time for sharing. The participants’ experience levels ranged from brand new to top producers, providing a rare opportunity for idea exchanges and new concepts.

    The new program was the brainchild of Founder and CEO, Steve DuBrueler and was led by the company’s Vice President of Operations, Stephen Meadows, a 19-year industry veteran and certified coach. During the course, agents learned valuable tips on lead generation, sphere of influence marketing, and time management. Over the month time frame, the results yielded exceeded all expectations. The participants were able list 21 properties, write 10 offers, ratify 7 accepted offers, and close 8 transactions. “These agents showed a level of commitment and enthusiasm for this program that far surpassed our original hopes,” Meadows recently remarked.

    The first cohort of The Routine wrapped on May 14 and the next class is set to begin on June 1st. Many of the agents from the first round have asked to observe the next class in case they missed anything. Coldwell Banker Premier is proud to congratulation the graduates of this course:
