    We were referred to Sitell by a friend who is a realtor in New Jersey when we started looking for a house in South Carolina. We are so happy we found Sitell! She was a huge help to us and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were looking to purchase in an area that was new to us and didn't want to make any hasty decisions. She took so much time showing us every house we were interested in and suggested others that we had not seen on listing websites. She is familiar with the area and took time to tell us all about the pros and cons of each location as well as the real estate itself. She made the process so easy for us (from 10 hours away) and everything went so smoothly from offer, to inspection, to adjustments and requests to the seller, to our closing... I couldn't have been happier with our experience. I highly recommend Sitell to anyone who is looking for an honest, helpful, professional and friendly real estate sales professional. I know if we are looking again in the future, she will be our first call. Thanks Sitell - we thought we were buying a house, but with your help, it is perfect and we love our new HOME!

    Sitell was spot on the best of the best. she helped me get my condo in longs sc while i lived in massachusetts. she went above and byond what was required as an agent. without her help i would not have been able to be sayiny i am a new south caolinian! her attention to detail is 6 star!! shes a pro who knows her job and isnt afraid to put the time in to get the job done! my friends are looking to relocate and she will be the first person i would recomend to help them find their forever home! thank you Sitell! Love my new home thanks to you!!!

    Sitell was the utmost professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was available day or night and always quick to respond. She went out of her way to proactively ensure we had everything we needed and even did virtual tours with/for us when we could not be t the property. We would highly recommend Sitell to anyone looking to buy in SC!

    This review is a pleasure to do and well-deserved. It's rare that you find customer service this terrific especially when you're working together so far apart in different states. In short, my situation was a challenge. I had specific needs to find a house in a competitive market. Other reps involved from lenders to inspectors were nowhere near as responsive as Sitell. She spoke w/me whenever needed, did video previews of houses, and followed up w/others to get results. Bottom line. I got the house I wanted, in the neighborhood I wanted, at the price I wanted, handled by an agent I had never known before but who went above and beyond to exceed my expectations at every opportunity. I could not be more happy. and urge you to contact her when you're looking to buy a house along the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach!

    Superior service in every regard. Easy to reach with whatever questions or needs. I give her the highest recommendation for her finding or selling your home. I'™m retiree military so I'™ve moved a few times and I pick Sitell as my number ONE agent
