Victor immigrated to the United States with his family in 1975 and was raised in Orange County. Watching his father rebuild their life while supporting a family of eight instilled in him a deep respect for hard work, perseverance, and resilience. From an early age, Victor understood that success is earned through discipline, effort, and a positive mindset. Throughout his youth and college years, Victor held a variety of jobs—including newspaper delivery, gas station attendant, lawn maintenance, and part-time sales for a cellular phone company—each experience reinforcing his strong work ethic and people-first approach.
