Born and raised in Winter Park, Colorado. Carissa may be one of the few natives you meet in town. Carissa grew up in retail working and running her family owned ski businesses. After traveling and working a few years after college Carissa could not stay away from the beautiful Rocky Mountains. You can take the girl out of the mountains but you can̢?Tt take the mountains out of the girl. She decided to return to Winter Park and join her Father̢?Ts Real Estate Business, Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties and sell real estate. Whether you have questions about the local school district, neighborhoods, hiking trails or restaurants Carissa is your Fraser Valley expert! Carissa is dedicated to assisting families and individuals in finding a primary or secondary home in the community she loves! After attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, Carissa worked various sales and marketing jobs in Dallas Texas, Denver Colorado, and Salida Colorado.
