About Karen

Professional Experience Karen worked over two decades at Boulder Community Health in management, and most recently provided leadership as Clinic Manager for CU Sports Medicine on the University of Colorado Boulder campus before making her full time move to Real Estate. She and her family have been involved in the Real Estate industry, from owning the ERA Tradewind Real Estate Company, owning investment property, and working in various facets of management and administration since 1991. Education Regis University - Master of Science - Organizational Leadership and Project Management with Honors. Regis University – Bachelor of Science – Business Management – Magna Cum Laude. Personal Karen and her husband Dan came to Colorado from Anderson, Indiana. They enjoyed raising their 3 children and attending their various soccer, basketball, wrestling, and swimming events throughout the Denver metro area. Karen and Dan have resided in various north metro locations over the past 40 years. Interests Karen loves traveling and working with her Border Terriers. She has successfully competed in Dog Shows, finishing four of her Borders to Grand Champion Status. She has earned Owner Handled Top Ten nationally ranked status for 3 of her Border Terriers. She also enjoys showing Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers for family and friends, and has guided their championship finishes. Karen enjoys canine conformation and performance events, golf, cycling (she has completed several cross-country trips), walks, hikes, dining out, and hanging out with her children.
