TO BE BUILT Our Hybrid homes are a blend of several proven building techniques and structural components. Our process involves custom home crews building a home with conventional framing methods using exposed beams, trusses and structurally insulated walls and roof panels surrounding the Component system. This custom framing creates soaring vaulted ceilings with large expansive walls of glass, and features large, covered decks and garages for a custom home appearance. We design and factory build the Component section of the home that contains all the plumbing, mechanical, bath vanities, linens, bath fixtures, soaking tubs, showers, on demand water heater, 70% of the electrical and sub panel, main kitchen cabinets, and the kitchen island stored in the Component and installed when onsite. This allows the Component part of the home to be factory built, a home built stronger, a home built faster and a home that’s more energy efficient. With these items completed in the factory along with the insulated walls, and roofs, we control the labor and materials costs which allows us to deliver these completed Hybrid homes in less than 100 days from the foundation being completed. This home is in the desired River Island Ranch community. Ownership includes access to cabins and club house as well as approximately 1 1/2 miles of private, Gold-Medal trout fishing on the Rio Grande.
