About Chris

Chris is easy to work with and has a strong work ethic. Based out of the Redstone and Carbondale offices, she's informed and ready to help you with your real estate endeavors. Previously she has owned a retail flower shop, worked for the fire department, been a college computer instructor and software tutor, and developed small business internet websites. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, rafting, motorcycling, volunteering, gardening and skiing. Chris is also a certified children's ski instructor at Buttermilk. To top it off, she's so grateful to have 2 of her 3 children and 2 of her 3 granddaughters living in Carbondale. Chris has lived in the Crystal River valley for over 40 years. During this time she and her husband have been involved in real estate through buying and selling investments, owning and restoring rental properties and remodeling older homes. As a broker with an established reputable company, she's ready to help you with your real estate pursuits. She is hardworking, approachable, and dedicated to serving her clients.
