About Heidi

With 20 years in real estate, Heidi has guided first-time homebuyers through the process of achieving their dreams and helped seasoned homeowners transition from large houses to low-maintenance properties. She's also worked with 1031 exchange clients and investors expanding their portfolios. Having personally done a fix-and-flip, built a home, and owned investment properties, Heidi brings valuable firsthand experience to her work. She enjoys rolling up her sleeves and seeing the transformation from hard work. Heidi is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and South Metro Denver Realtors Association, adhering to their ethical principles. Honesty and transparency are her strengths. Although she still loves skiing, growing up in Summit County has made her avoid weekend crowds. She recently enjoyed a girls' trip to Paris and London and cherishes family vacations to Hawaii with her husband, kids, and grandson. A self-described "handy woman," Heidi can tackle almost any project herself—and if not, she has a trusted contractor on speed dial.
