Learn More About Adelia After facing corporate relocation six times in eleven years, as well as buying and selling several properties in Colorado, I know that any real estate transaction can be a stressful and overwhelming endeavor. Uprooting my family at a moments notice, moving inter and intrastate, starting over in a new city, all are familiar to me. I have been the client, over and over again, and have learned that choosing the right real estate agent is critical to making your transaction a success. Finding someone who understands your needs and concerns, who embodies exceptional customer service and communication skills, has a strong knowledge of your local market and will dedicate their time, attention and expertise to help you make the best decision possible is paramount. As your agent, it is my goal to make this very personal experience as easy and seamless as possible. With a degree in Financial Management, I spent several years in sales and customer relations assisting clients in the securities and commodities industries. While raising my children, I have been the president of a PTO, coached a high school gymnastics team, managed an office, been a fake patient for a medical school and fostered my passion for interior design with my own painting, decorating and staging business. Although actual home transformation is rewarding, the true joy is getting to know my clients, listening to their needs and wants and working tirelessly to bring their vision to life. The first step to creating a space that feels like home often begins with the right real estate transaction. I offer my clients the benefit of helping you see the potential of a property or, through staging, aiding you in preparing your home for a showing. I have lived in Parker 26 years and have two wonderful, adult children. I love to travel throughout the world and have skied, hiked and biked across this beautiful state. Along with these activities, I have been an avid tennis player, runner and gym rat and truly enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. I feel very blessed to live in God's country and would love to offer you knowledge, guidance and support before, during and after your real estate transaction.
