I have been a Montrose resident since 1978, and I know the community well. I was Broker/Owner of Dennis Bailey & Co. (1978 to 1992), prior to purchasing the franchise ‘Coldwell Banker’, where my company then became ‘Coldwell Banker Bailey & Co’. Starting from only one agent, I've built the company into what it is today – one of the most successful and top-ranking real estate companies in the Montrose area. My success is partly attributed to the fact that I know the value of customer service: “UNDER PROMISE AND OVER DELIVER” has always been one of my mottos. I also know how to put the right team together and I understand the importance of different opinions and ideas to produce an amazing outcome. In August of 2016, I sold the iconic company to Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties. I have gotten back to my roots as an agent and I continue to sell real estate with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties. My community involvement exceeds the ordinary. I was the past President of the Montrose Association of Realtors, the Director of Colorado Association of Realtors, Past President Montrose MLS, Graduate Realtor Institute, Life Member Elks, B.O.D.
