About Sam

Sam Bergner Sam is a Denver native who has been in the Real Estate business his entire career. He grew up with an architect father and spent his high school summers sweeping out under construction multi-family apartment complexes. Sam graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Real Estate/Management. He spent the first part of his post college career in Dallas, Texas where he developed and sold many townhouse projects. He was licensed in Texas for many years. After obtaining his Colorado Real Estate license, he returned to Colorado in 2015. He has been actively and passionately representing both buyers and sellers in pursuit of their dreams and goals. Sam has the unique ability to put himself in the buyer or seller shoes and will not rest until the desired outcome is obtained. Sam’s knowledge of the real estate transaction process is without question. Having done this for many years he has seen the unique challenges that arise in any given transaction.
