About Nicole

Nicole Bolieau is a Colorado native and was raised in Loveland. Nicole’s love of real estate began in her early teens when she use to drive around in search of open houses, just to gain inspiration and design ideas. At the young age of 21, she purchased her first fixer upper. Over the course of 3 years, Nicole put all those design ideas and inspiration to good use. She saw the potential the home had and turned it into reality. With some encouragement from other real estate professionals, and of course her friends and family, Nicole began pursuing her dreams of a real estate career. Nicole is passionate about meeting the needs and goals of her clients, all while providing an exceptional customer experience. She embodies integrity, energy, dedication, and has a natural eye for the potential a home has to offer. Nicole aims to please and finds immense joy in helping clients find their dream home. When not selling real estate, you will find Nicole spending her free time with her husband and 2 young sons. They enjoy camping, dirt biking, 4 wheeling, and doing anything involving beautiful Colorado.
