About Katie

Katie, originally from Michigan, was raised in a family dedicated to law enforcement. With each new assignment at different Michigan State Police Posts, she grew familiar with the routine of relocating. In 2000, she ventured west to Fort Collins, Colorado, in search of a thriving environment for her family and later settled in Loveland, Colorado. After a 13-year career in law enforcement, Katie transitioned to the Real Estate industry. She is dedicated to guiding her clients through their most significant financial decisions. As the spouse of a Fire Battalion Chief and a Marine Corps Veteran, and the mother of two daughters, Katie enjoys travelling in her leisure time. She also fosters and finds forever homes for rescue dogs through Big Bones Canine Rescue in Windsor, Colorado. Not only does every person deserve a home, but every dog does too. From her own experiences, Katie understands the importance of a smooth transaction and relocation experience for families. She is committed to providing availability, honesty, and integrity. She is a certified Buyer's Agent for HUD homes and has obtained her Military and Veterans Housing Certificate to adeptly serve those eligible for VA loans.
