About Holly

A little bit about me. I was born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and raised in Ocala, Florida. After high school I attended the University of South Florida. I have lived in the Northern Colorado area since 2012, where I married my husband, Dwayne. In 2018 we expanded our family and welcomed our son Dean. A little about my real estate experience. My real estate career began in 2006 where I utilized my administrative background and knowledge helping at a Commercial Real Estate office in Seattle, Washington. In 2009, I moved back to Florida working as a residential real estate agent and property manager. In 2014, I became a fully licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado. Building relationships and helping people accomplish their goals is where my passion lies. Whether it's the first-time home buyer that has been dreaming of owning their own home, a seasoned investor looking to add to their portfolio, or someone who is just starting to think about financial freedom by using real estate. My understanding of the market and pricing of homes, helps ensures that Sellers are receiving top dollar and that Buyers are not over paying for their purchase.
