About Bryan

With a background in hospitality, construction, new home sales, and residential real estate, Bryan brings a practical, well-rounded perspective to helping clients buy and sell homes. Having worked with several national builders before becoming an independent broker, he understands the housing process from the ground up. One of the most meaningful chapters of his life was the time he spent as a stay-at-home dad while his children, Benjamin and Brooklynn, were young. They remain the inspiration behind his company name, B&b New Homes, and the heart and reason for everything he does. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys gardening, DIY and landscaping projects, bowling league, and playing soccer with the kids. He also collects and appreciates a good book, collecting antiques, photographing old barns, and spending time on road trips, camping, or weekends at the cabin. Real Estate should be professional, collaborative, and even fun—and after all these years, he truly loves what he does. Bryan's core belief is that Real Estate is not just a transaction, it is a life decision.
