Welcome to my website! Thank you for taking the time to read a little something about me. :) Let's start with education... (because that's generally what people talk about first, right? ;) lol --- Well... Let's see. --- I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management & Marketing (Magna Cum Laude Honors) and two Master's degrees in Education (both of which I finished with 4.0 GPA's). I'm currently working on a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership... And I don't remember a time when I wasn't craving an opportunity to learn and grow as a professional. My work history is pretty nuts. I've been selling real estate for 11 years while also serving the community as a school principal... During my first year in real estate, I was ranked in the Top 5% of all Realtors in Grand Junction, and in my second year, I was ranked in the Top 2.5%, doing more than $9 million in sales volume. Fast forward to 2015... And BECAUSE I have the most amazing clients EVER, I've already sold more than $5 million in sales volume only halfway through the year. From my work as a School Principal (and as a Teacher), I've had the distinct pleasure and opportunity to become an expert regarding the school programming for our D51 schools as well as alternative schools in the Grand Valley. In June of 2015, I finally "married" my two careers into Colorado Real Estate Consulting & Educational Services, Inc. (or CRECES, Inc.)... And I retired from my beloved role as a school principal. It was time to stretch and grow... CRECES, Inc. is a compilation of Real Estate Sales & Consulting and teaching Continuing Education Credit courses as well as the 168-hour Pre-licensing courses through a collaborative with the Real Estate Training Center. I also serve our community by volunteering with Special Education youth one morning per week and by coordinating & presenting at large community events, such as the Western Slope Economic Leadership Conference at Colorado Mesa University. I've always said that "Education is my passion... Real Estate is my addiction." I'm also always saying that I "get paid to make friends in real estate," because it's true. I've been told -- (lovingly, I think?) -- that I'm a "bulldog in sheep's clothing." --- I'm not exactly sure if that is a compliment, but it's true that I'm fiercely aggressive when it comes to getting the best possible deal for my clients. For fun... I mountain-bike, ice-climb, snow-ski, hike, camp, fish, golf, Jeep, river raft, weight-train, and I love trips to Disneyland and Universal Studios. --- I love scrapbooking too, but I'm terrible at it. ;) lol --- Please don't judge me by my scrapbooks, although I am complimented often on my photography... (which is important as a Realtor). Please feel free to call or text me at (970) 210-1161 or email me at Cindy@gjhomes.com for all of your real estate needs. You can also find me on Facebook at Cindy Paschal Ficklin... ... I would sincerely love the chance to earn your business!
