Changing careers seemed natural for Tammy Reid after she realized she really loved the process of buying and selling her own homes. Every aspect of Real Estate is exciting, whether you are a 1st time home buyer, wanting to upgrade to a bigger home, running the numbers for an investment property, or searching for the perfect mountain retreat to spend time with family and friends. Regardless of any budget, Tammy approaches each individual with the same experience and consideration...every client is important. From first-time home buyers, to custom home builders or investors, she is dedicated to making your dreams become a reality. Raised in a small college town in Northern Utah, she learned to appreciate the outdoors and all the unknowns just waiting to be experienced. Moving to Colorado in 2001 was just another adventure full of surprises, including an opportunity for a career in the construction industry. While on a relaxing weekend getaway to the Glenwood hot springs, she found herself staying an extra day which was filled with exploration of this beautiful valley. The views of Mount Sopris were just too awesome to ignore. Within the year, she and her husband had a new house in the Roaring Fork Valley to call home. With over 300 days of Colorado sunshine per year, Tammy can be found venturing into the mountains, floating on the lake, or chasing the little white ball around at one of our beautiful golf courses. Her grown children and grandbaby are just a quick drive away. Passionate about helping homeless animals, she volunteers for a Boxer Rescue, which is where she got her favorite fur babies Sam and Avery. She wholeheartedly believes in giving back to what makes you smile.
