Here's your opportunity to own 3 large adjacent parcels in the desirable gated community of Forbes Park totaling 7.47 acres! Incredible views of near and distant mountains! Perfect spot to build, with an existing 400 ft deep well that has been tested and is operational. Property once had a home which succumbed to the 2018 Spring Fire, and still has the stem walls (28'x41'), additional garage slab (53'x26'), and a well, septic, in-ground 1,000-gallon propane tank, and electricity remaining. The stem walls were inspected by an engineer from Alamosa after the Fire and found to be usable for a rebuild. Buyer to verify. The slab was used for an additional RV garage. There are fantastic recreation opportunities on this property! While Forbes Park does not allow ATVs on the roads, you can use them on your own property. Bring a snowmobile, create a sledding hill! Mostly cleared already, and with a driveway in place, park your RV and get ready to start building! Or, just keep it for recreation, no requirement to build. Forbes Park is gated, so reach out to Listing Agent to schedule a visit. Listing agent resides in the Park.
