About Susan

Your Local Real Estate Expert Susan has lived in Colorado for the past thirty years.  Having resided in Greeley, Loveland, Wellington, and Fort Collins she is very familiar with northern Colorado.   Susan has a love of Colorado and all it has to offer.  She enjoys strolling old town Fort Collins and all of the shops, art walks, breweries and restaurants.  Susan's true passion is the Rocky Mountains and she spends her free time hiking the front range, backpacking and snowshoeing the Rockies, boating Horse Tooth with her husband and three children and target shooting in Owl Canyon. Susan enjoys her morning cup of coffee in her home in Wellington with her two dogs Pearl and Roxy, and her evenings with her husband Todd on their back patio while enjoying the Colorado sunset. Susan studied business at CSU and has a strong background in retail so she knows sales marketing and customer service.  Susan specializes in the local market place and paired with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for its award winning marketing.  Whether it is finding the perfect buyer for your present home or locating the perfect home for you, she strives to make your experience relaxed and enjoyable and obtain the results you want and need.
