Robert and Gwen Personal Background I moved to Colorado in 1978 from Michigan. I love what Colorado offered our family, from skiing, hiking, to exploring Colorado in our family's motor home. Growing up in Lakewood with my siblings, my parents owned several rental properties that were always needing updating. I think that was the started my interest in real estate. After reconnecting with a High School Classmate at our 20th Reunion, I married and moved to Northern Colorado in 2005. My husband Dave has four children and now we have been blessed with 10 beautiful grandchildren. My husband and I love to travel and enjoy the outdoors and fishing with our grandkids and our rescue dogs Cooper and Coco. We have a 2nd home in the mountains, I have first hand experience with investing in real estate. I love living in Northern Colorado, and I know you and your family will too!
