Josh Chapel is a highly motivated Associate Broker specializing in residential home sales in the Northern Colorado area. As a Fort Collins native, and Loveland resident, Josh's knowledge of the area is extensive. After spending 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, Josh returned home to pursue a career in real estate. He obtained his Colorado Broker Associate license in 2018 and decided Coldwell Banker, much like Northern Colorado, would be home. Not only must the real estate professional bring to the table knowledge of the current market, but also be able to match clients on both sides of a transaction to precisely what it is they are seeking to achieve in their real estate goals.
