About Jerry

Jerry Graham was born in Albuquerque New Mexico. He moved to Longmont Colorado with his family at the age of one. He grew up playing sports such as football, wrestling and track. As a teen he worked in construction, landscape and his favorite job, lifeguarding. Jerry later moved to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University where he got his degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Administration. Post grad he worked in both the fitness and retail world as management where he excelled at customer service and forming relationships. For the last four years Jerry has been a commercial real estate broker for the largest commercial real estate company in the world. Working on highly complicated transactions both for buyers and sellers, as well as negotiating complicated leases for both landlords and tenants. He has been a resident of Fort Collins for the last thirteen years. With his knowledge of the Colorado real estate market as well as calling Colorado home for the last 33 years, Jerry is excited to help people buy or sell their homes "Looking back on my professional career one of the earliest lessons I realized during my time as a Lifeguard, was that I loved helping people. Real estate has been a platform for me to help people achieve their dreams of buying or selling real estate. I am a firm believer that a real estate transaction should never be difficult for the client, that is where I come in. I will take all the difficulty and stress out of the real estate process and help my client achieve their goal's in a timely and smooth process."
