About Greg

Greg has made Colorado his home for the last 40 years after moving here from Iowa. Greg and his wife, Laura, enjoy biking and hiking in beautiful Colorado and are parents of 7 children and have 5 grandchildren. He graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelors degree and Colorado State University with an MBA degree. Greg first became interested in real estate as a real estate investor in 2000 and has been doing real estate full-time since 2015. In his first year in real estate, Greg got third place as Rookie of the Year in the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA). Greg has also has also been awarded the SMDRA Top Producer Diamond Circle Award for 7 years (2016-2022). Greg has currently completed over 175 transactions as of the end of 2024. Greg can also be a great house construction resource, since he has construction experience in doing remodel work and house flipping construction (electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring, framing, drywall, etc).
