Hi! My name is Ilene Schwartz and I am a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker. First and foremost, I am very aware of the many aspects of buying and selling real estate. I will guide you through each step professionally and confidentially, no question or worry is too small. Although there are many stressors involved when buying or selling a home, I strive to help you feel confident and comfortable with every piece of the process. One of my biggest passions is helping people build wealth through real estate and have seen firsthand how it can be a positive step towards your future, but also one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. Being a Realtor since 2010, my experiences include but are not limited to working with first time homebuyer's, as well as investors for flips and rental properties, luxury properties, and people relocating to Colorado. My optimistic outlook and zest for life will help make this process as enjoyable and easy going as possible. For multiple years now, I have been a Coldwell Banker Award winner in the International Sterling Society, which makes me part of the top 16% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. When not out selling houses, I like to embrace all that this beautiful state has to offer by snowboarding, splitboarding, mountain biking, backpacking, and playing with my dog, Leo!
