Delain (Debo to my closest friends) is a Colorado Realtor who brings equal parts heart, hustle, and genuine care to every client relationship. Together with my husband Chris, my high school sweetheart and partner of over 20 years, we are proud parents to two adventurous kids and one very energetic German Wiredhaired Pointer named, Goose. We live the Colorado lifestyle we love: hiking, exploring new trails, and ending the day with family movie nights. Born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, I’ve called Colorado home since 2005. I understand exactly what draws people to these mountains and what they need in a home (outdoor access, gear storage, and room to breathe). With 20 years of sales experience and as a Coldwell Banker Realty Residential Specialist, I guide first-time buyers, growing families, new-to-Colorado transplants, and seasoned sellers with the same commitment. In recent years, I’ve found deep purpose in walking alongside seniors as they downsize, honor decades of memories, and step gracefully into their next chapter, especially through the challenges of losing a spouse.
