About Melanie

Melanie first discovered her love for the Vail Valley in the early 1980's when her family took annual ski trips to their vacation home in Beaver Creek. After marrying her Kentucky hometown sweetheart, Louie Lee, she made Denver and Beaver Creek her home in 1991. Louie and Melanie also continued their love of Real Estate, Louie and a top Broker and Melanie as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser learning the intricacies of valuation and cycles. In 1991, Melanie started her own Real Estate Appraisal business and obtained her Brokers license in 2004. After 26 years of appraising, Melanie joined forces with Louie to create a top Coldwell Banker Partnership within NRT. With over $30 Million in sales each year, they have created a unique niche combining Melanie's appraisal background with Louie's high luxury sales achievement in Denver. In March 2019, Melanie joined the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties Vail office to further serve their clients vacation home needs and add another market to The Lee Team's coverage.
