Amy is a leading Realtor in the Vail Valley and Rocky Mountain Region in Colorado. Her experience over the past 30 plus years has been in Residential and Commercial Acquisition, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Leasing. Amy is recognized as a leading expert in the Real Estate Industry with accolades in Luxury Homes and design from Harvard Design School. Amy is a CU Buff alumnus and holds a Graduate degree from Boston University. While in Boston, Amy’s Real Estate Experience was focused on land acquisition, commercial mixed-use developments, marketing, and property management. In 1995 Amy returned to Boulder Colorado and then to the Vail Valley to raise her family and enjoy the mountains and outdoor recreation. A Local to Eagle for over 20 years. More recently, Amy represented the developer and builder, for Talon Flats Apartments in Eagle Ranch from the groundbreaking to full occupancy of this new development. Amy’s background provides her experience and knowledge in high-end luxury homes, multifamily and mixed-use commercial shopping centers. “Raising my family has been an incredible journey. My oldest son, a CU Graduate is an accomplished action sports film journalist. My middle son, Jake, is Vail Colorado’s 2018 US Snowboard halfpipe Olympian. My claim to fame is that I taught him how to ride a snowboard. Charlie Sue, my youngest graduated from University of Colorado and is an accomplished Equestrian Reiner and will soon be attending nursing school. “When I moved to Colorado, I wanted to experience everything the mountains had to offer and raising my children in a small community has been ideal. In the winters we ski and snowboard, and when things warm up we ride mountain bikes, fly fish, and float the local rivers, ride horses on the trails and chase barrels at the local rodeo.” This is the lifestyle my clients want to experience, and I vow to provide them every bit of this fun.
