As a proud Colorado native from the Front Range southwest of Denver, Tim Papi has called Durango home since 1992, when he first arrived to counsel youth at a High Adventure Summer Camp. That early experience not only sparked his love for Durango's stunning landscapes, but also ignited a lifelong commitment to serving the community. Over the past three decades, Tim has become a familiar and trusted presence in the Durango area. Whether through his professional endeavors or volunteer work, his passion for connecting with and supporting others runs deep. He's an active volunteer with the Durango Food Bank, regularly lending time and energy to help neighbors in need. His consistent involvement in local causes reflects a genuine investment in the wellbeing of the community he loves. Tim's dedication extends beyond volunteer work-he previously owned a successful landscaping business for 13 years, fostering close relationships with local contractors and tradespeople. He also brings a strong background in estate and property management, providing clients with trusted advice and a broad network of resources. Together with his wife, Jaime, Tim has raised two ambitious sons in Durango, and the family takes full advantage of the area's rich outdoor lifestyle-fishing, skiing, hiking, rafting, and biking through the Four Corners' incredible terrain. These experiences ground Tim's personal connection to the region and fuel his enthusiasm for helping others build a life here too.
