Since 2004, I have been a dedicated full-time realtor in the stunning town of Durango, Colorado. My mission is to empower clients with proven analytical tools and a deep understanding of the investment value of properties. As a trusted advisor, I prioritize continuing education, ensuring I deliver the most current market information and insights on trends and conditions. With over 20 years of experience in our local real estate market, I have represented clients across a broad spectrum, including first-time home buyers, luxury properties, townhome projects, commercial office buildings, raw land, residential developments, farms, and ranches. I am proud to consistently rank among Coldwell Banker's top-tier agents, performing in the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Honors such as being named Colorado Realtor of the Year in 2024 and Realtor of the Year by the Durango Area Association in 2012 and 2023 reflect my commitment to the industry. My roles in state leadership for the Colorado Association of Realtors, along with extensive experience in government affairs and risk management, underscore my dedication to both my profession and community. I have had the privilege of serving two terms on the Colorado Real Estate Commission, including two terms as Chair. I have also served multiple terms on the Executive Council for the Colorado Association of Realtors and held leadership positions with the Durango Area Association of Realtors. Additionally, my community involvement includes having previously served as President of the United Way of Southwest Colorado and the Southwest Chapter of the American Red Cross. Outside of my professional endeavors, I cherish quality time with my wife, Crystal, and daughter, Charlotte. Together, we enjoy camping, traveling, watching professional sports, and relaxing at home. Throughout my career, I have successfully represented hundreds of clients, completing over 400 transactions and consistently achieving multi-million dollar sales annually. I look forward to continuing to serve my clients with integrity, expertise, and a client-first approach.
