A proud Colorado native, Tina’s story began in the vibrant landscapes of the Bay Area and the South before she returned home in 1987—just fifteen years old and already captivated by how real estate shapes people’s lives and legacies. Her career began in 1996 as an Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator, where she quickly became known for her organization and professionalism. By 2010, she had advanced into Office Management, helping streamline operations and elevate service within top-performing brokerages. In 2012, Tina launched her own Transaction Coordination Company, founded on the belief that every transaction deserves stellar administrative support—not only for clients, but also for the agents, lenders, title representatives, and other professionals who make a closing possible. To deepen her expertise, she entered the title and escrow field in 2013 as an Escrow Assistant/Processor, gaining firsthand insight into the technical side of real estate. By 2014, she had returned to her true calling—helping open and manage brokerages across Denver and Boulder, supporting growth and integrity in every office she touched. Tina’s commitment to excellence is underscored by her academic achievements. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership and Development and a Master of Legal Studies (M.L.S.), equipping her with the ability to navigate contracts, compliance, and negotiation with an advanced understanding of business and law. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Tina is uniquely equipped to serve a diverse range of clients—from first-time buyers and military families to high-net-worth individuals seeking discreet, luxury representation.
