About Thao

Thao Nguyen is a business-minded Realtor® with a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and real estate investment. A graduate of the University of Colorado Denver with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business, she began her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 22 and has successfully owned and operated multiple businesses, including beauty salon and restaurants. Thao serves clients in residential and commercial real estate while actively managing rental and family-owned commercial properties. Her hands-on investment experience gives clients practical and strategic guidance. Thao also served as 2025 President of the Asian Real Estate Associate of America Greater Denver Chapter, a non-profit organization advocating for housing equity.
