About Susan

Susan Kabir is a native of Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C., where her passion for real estate began 25 years ago. As an investor, she spent over a decade buying, renovating, leasing, and selling her own properties. In 2008, she made the move to Denver, Colorado. Susan has a particular love for improving traffic flow, maximizing natural light, and extending sight lines in older properties. She also excels at staging properties for sale. Her expertise was put to the test when she gutted, redesigned, and made ADA accessible a home for her mother, who has multiple sclerosis. She has worked on properties from Longmont and Berthoud, to Castle Pines and Parker, and everywhere in between. She joins Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury office, where she benefits from unparalleled support, cutting-edge marketing strategies, innovative technology, and continuous market education. In addition to her real estate career, Susan has a diverse educational background. She studied French and Spanish at Brigham Young University, as well as Persian and Arabic at the University of Utah. She spent a year and a half living in Andalucia, Spain, and later worked for a number of years as a legal assistant at an anti-trust law firm in Washington, D.C. Susan is also actively involved in her community. She has volunteered with Project Worthmore, teaching English to new refugees, and fostered dogs and cats for various animal rescues. In her spare time, you’ll find her tending to her vegetable garden, swimming, or taking her five dogs for walks around her beloved Mayfair Park neighborhood, her cat often joining in on the evening strolls.
