About Kristian

Kristian grew up in Colorado making many lifelong connections along the way; after high school Kristian became a Certified Wildland Firefighter. Kristian was ready to work, and fortunately the U.S. Army came calling before a Fire House did. This unique life-changing experience gave him the opportunity to use the GI Bill to become a first generation Bachelor degree holder, studying at The University of Redlands in California graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Business. After college, Kristian honed in on his true passion, quickly getting his California Real Estate license in 2021. Kristian has always been fascinated by the opportunities real estate provides. He treasures the adventures real estate has led him on so far, and is excited to see where it takes him in the future. In 2022, Kristian moved back to Colorado, returning to all the family & friends he left behind when joining the Army. In early 2024, he acquired his Colorado real estate license, choosing Gerlock Homes as his landing spot to begin his real estate business in his home state.
