About Catherine

As a native to the region, I, Catherine Safieddine, have raised 5 kids in the Denver metro area and have taken an interest in real estate since owning/managing a few residential properties in the Hilltop area where I currently own my own home. I attended Metropolitan State College of Denver and graduated earning a B.S. degree in Business Management. In my spare time, I love skiing, playing tennis, yoga, taking hiit classes, peloton, running, spending time with my children and hanging out with friends. Real estate has become a passion as I experienced first hand what it's like to not understand the business/contract side of buying or selling real estate and not be represented to fully protect my interests and want to be able to use that knowledge to take each individual client and give them the representation they deserve. I highly regard honesty and believe that collaborating with my clients to give them a unique experience will create more business opportunities and experience in a city where real estate agents are a dime a dozen. Ten years from now, I see myself affluent in not only helping clients buy/sell their own homes but potentially delve into a more philanthropic side by being able to help less fortunate people who can't afford representation and needing more assistance from lack of knowledge/money. I would also like to branch out into the commercial/investment aspect of real estate.
