About Adilene

I am Adilene Madera, a young old real estate agent and mother to a one year old. I recently joined real estate to pursue a career in customer service and negotiations all the while having a flexible schedule. I find real estate interesting because of the growth that comes with purchasing a home, not only speaking value wise, but I enjoy experiencing accomplishments being met with my customers when it comes to buying, selling or investing in real estate. I have prior work experience in both customer service and negotiations, but when it comes to real estate I basically have a life experience. Coming from a family who owns a real estate portfolio stretching from Kansas to Colorado and even in Mexico, I grew up seeing real estate transactions happen all the time and with that came seeing the challenges real estate brings. With mine and Coldwell Bankers knowledge, patience and expertise, I believe we can make any real estate transaction less stressful than it should be.
