About Rachel

My journey into real estate began long before Coldwell Banker Ranger came to life. After graduating from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, where I played Division I volleyball, I returned to my home state of Texas and began my real estate career in 2010. I got my start in the fast-paced world of property management and leasing near the University of Texas in Austin. What began as a role in general operations quickly developed into a passion for the real estate industry. I earned my Texas real estate license in 2012 and have spent the years since gaining hands-on experience in nearly every corner of the business, including residential sales, investment properties, property management, leasing, and brokerage operations. In 2016, my husband and business partner, Evan, and I decided to trade the Texas heat for the Rocky Mountains, relocating to Colorado to be closer to family and build a new chapter together. Of course, we brought along our chocolate Labrador, Ranger Man, who would eventually become the inspiration, namesake, and four-legged founder of Ranger Real Estate! With more than 15 years in the real estate industry, my career has evolved from helping individual buyers and sellers achieve their goals to owning and operating an independent brokerage and serving as its Employing Broker. Today, I have the privilege of leading an incredible team of real estate professionals at Coldwell Banker Ranger, where I oversee brokerage operations, mentor and support our agents, and remain actively involved in helping clients buy, sell, and invest throughout Colorado's Front Range. My experience on both the sales and operational sides of real estate has given me a unique perspective on the industry. I understand the details behind the scenes just as much as the relationships at the heart of every transaction. Whether I'm negotiating a complex contract, marketing a luxury property, helping an investor evaluate an opportunity, or guiding one of our agents through a challenging situation, I bring the same determination, attention to detail, and competitive spirit that I developed as a collegiate athlete. Building Ranger Real Estate alongside Evan has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Our recent affiliation with Coldwell Banker has opened an exciting new chapter, allowing us to combine the personalized, relationship-driven approach we've built our business on with the resources and recognition of a globally established real estate brand. Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me spending time with Evan, our two kids, and our dogs, or finding any excuse to get back on a volleyball court—these days, preferably with my toes in the sand!
