About Matt

With a real estate career that has spanned over a decade, Colorado Springs Broker and Founder of J Matthew Homes, Matt Moorman provides a collection of Real Estate Experience between Mortgage Lending, Purchase Acquisition, and Real Estate Sales. Matt Moorman founded J Matthew Homes in 2017, he was quickly nominated for Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams. From 2002-2010 Matt was a top producing mortgage lender, where he specialized in New Build VA Lending. In 2010 Matt took a break from Real Estate to work on other business ventures, he was featured on MSNBC for business entrepreneurship. Matt was presented for his high level, outside-the-box marketing strategies, his business logistics, and large commercial building techniques. During his tenure, he worked on Commercial Real Estate Ventures, negotiating tenant finishes, leases, and commercial purchases. In 2017, he sold his business moving back into Real Estate, where he became a licensed Real Estate Broker, this enabled him to follow his true passion, assisting families, in the sale and purchase of their homes. Matt achieves his success through his, exceptional marketing background, excellent business negotiation skills, and a strong real estate financial background. Matt Moorman quickly excelled at Keller Williams becoming one of the top performers within his branch. Matt believes that in all business; customer service is priority one.
