Justin Critchfield has been a leading Colorado Springs Real Estate Agent since 2018. A Colorado Springs native, Justin has an exceptional understanding of the Pikes Peak region and uses this knowledge to meet the real estate needs of every client. A solutions-oriented negotiator with an extensive background in customer service, Justin employs high communication standards that exceed client expectations. Justin serves as the Director of Operations for Team Critchfield & Associates with Coldwell Banker in Northern Colorado Springs. In addition to serving the needs of his client base, Justin mentors, develops, and trains agents at all experience levels to better assist the needs of every client associated with the team. Relying on strong and beneficial relationships he develops and maintains across the industry, Justin has access to numerous resources that enhance the buying/selling experience, including contractor, vendor, and professional service referrals. Justin earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix and is on track to earn a master's degree from Colorado State University in 2021. In addition to helping clients with their real estate needs, Justin is a full-time father to his amazing and beautiful thirteen-year-old daughter.
