Enjoy amazing Pikes Peak views from the incredibly peaceful back yard while sitting on the freshly painted deck (relax even more knowing that you're living in D20). While on the deck, you'll notice the newly painted exterior. Since the painters were already there we had them do the entire interior as well (doors, trim, railings and cabinets too). Once they finished it was obvious we should put in some new carpet with an upgraded pad. The new carpet and paint made some of the electrical things look outdated so we had an electrician replace light fixtures, outlets and light switches. The roof is 2 years old, real hardwood floors throughout the main floor. Home has been professionally cleaned.
