About Craig

You may know Craig Rogers as the long-time distinguished teacher and trusted Principal at Aspen Middle School. Craig may also have coached you or your children on the area mountains while serving as an AVSC coach and ski pro for over two decades. Or perhaps it’s been through the Aspen Education Foundation, the annual Aspen Ski Swap, or outdoor education programs where you’ve connected with and benefited from Craig’s leadership. Prior to becoming Aspen Middle School Principal, Craig was twice honored with the Aspen School District Distinguished Teacher Award. Craig is also a celebrated recipient of the AVSC Bob Beattie Award for his many years of commitment and support of local kids. For over thirty years Craig has consistently proven to be a thoughtful, collaborative, and trusted leader in Aspen/Snowmass. While serving the local community for over three decades, in his “free time” Craig has concurrently engaged in a passion for real estate. With an undergrad focus on economics and a keen instinct for numbers, since the early ’90s Craig has managed, developed, bought/sold, and invested in multiple properties throughout the valley. Today, Craig offers buyers and sellers his real estate expertise within the community where he is deeply invested. Craig possesses vast, firsthand knowledge and experience with the many aspects of single-family residences, multi-family properties, condominiums, townhomes, and raw land from Aspen to Rifle.
