About Konnie

The mountains of the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys have been home to Konnie for 3+ decades and provide the backdrop to the outdoor activities she loves in this gorgeous setting. In Summer, rafting, hiking, biking, and ATV’ing with her Labrador retrievers in tow. In Winter, skiing, hiking, and snowshoeing. Truly living the Colorado dream! Konnie Krahn-Prosence has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years, first with a title company before getting her real estate license. She is passionate about connecting clients to their dream HOME. She is the knowledge broker; understands the local markets and the intricate process of selling and buying. Educating her clients is key, so they can make the right decisions for their needs. She is an innovator and will leverage technology & social media strategies to have a competitive edge. Her clients are her top priority. Moving mountains to exceed expectations is her goal. She has many repeat clientele/i.e friends as a result. Konnie, a native Texan and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Nutrition. Moved to Glenwood Springs to work at Valley View Hospital in 1986. Her son, Luke also studied at OU; they are die-hard Boomer Sooner fans! Konnie has a strong belief in servant leadership to give back to the people and communities she serves.
