About Jed

Jed grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley and has lived here his entire life. As a lifelong resident of this little slice of heaven, he knows all about the community culture. His enthusiasm for nature and being outdoors is what kept him in our area after he graduated from Basalt High School in 2002. In the winter he spends his free time skiing at the world-class ski resorts in Aspen/Snowmass and in the summer you can find him camping in the backcountry or paddle boarding with his dogs on one of the numerous high-country lakes. He is eager to share the beauty of these mountains with everybody he comes in contact with and knows all the secret spots to enjoy the tranquility that our area offers. Jed’s attention to detail and strong work ethic led him into the Property Management industry where he spent nearly a decade maintaining the value of his client’s investments. Aspen and Snowmass have many second homeowners and Jed was one of the local, skilled property managers who ensured that their properties care exceeded expectations. Whether clients were in-house, away, or hosting visitors, Jed always made sure that their properties were running efficiently, and he did all of the hard work so that they could relax, knowing that their property was in good hands. He has a keen eye for curb appeal, as well as extensive knowledge of how a home should function. Jed is also a certified home inspector, he knows what he needs to be looking for with the functionality of a property. He has dedicated his life's work to real estate in almost all aspects. Jed is part of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse's Property Management Team and knows what to look for when working with investors looking to purchase a home for a rental/investment property. By living here his entire life and seeing the changes in our Real Estate Market and with his local knowledge of our community, Jed is always eager to help his clients with their goals on their property investments by helping them get exactly what they are looking for.
