About Erin

A 34-year resident of the Roaring Fork Valley, Erin Bassett has been with Coldwell Banker Mason Morse for 17 years. Originally, from Tulsa, OK with stops in New York, New Jersey, and Hawaii, she fell in love with the area while visiting family in Marble. Drawn to the area's natural beauty, varying four seasons, and the welcoming character of its residents, Erin quickly realized her move was - a dream come true. A consistent top producer, Erin brings honesty and a straightforward business sense to every Real Estate transaction. Her clients will attest that her diligence and determination coupled with energy and enthusiasm make her a joy to work with. Erin’s experience includes residential and commercial sales, 1031 exchanges, buying and selling foreclosed properties, and working with out-of-state Sellers. Most recently her skills have been front and center representing several developments in the New Castle area. Her knowledge of the market, construction savvy, and vast networking contacts helped sell many homes pre-construction. Believing that education is the backbone of true customer service, Erin holds several REALTOR designations which include the GRI, RENE, ABR, and SFR. She has served on her local board as 2015 Chair, as well as at the State level as CAR director, and is currently on the Council of Ethics. In 2017 she was recognized by her fellow REALTORS as REALTOR of the Year. Currently, she co-chairs the local RPAC committee and also serves on the Professional Standards Committee at the State level. In addition, Erin serves on the Board of Cowboy Up Carbondale, a yearly event that benefits a local non-profit in our community. An avid fly-fisherwoman, she appreciates the opportunity to fish the gold-medal waters of our beautiful valley with her husband Marc. She also enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
