Meet Ashley Eaton... Ashley prides herself on her performance, precision, and elevated expectancies combined with her ability to truly listen to her client’s wishes. She easily demonstrates her abilities and skillset through her unmatched performance and cares for her clients. Born in Aspen, raised in Basalt, and with many childhood years chasing her ski patrolling father through the local mountains provides clarity into Ashley’s true character comprised of honesty, dependability, and meticulous care. Ashley’s love for the mountains, local experience, expertise in real estate and property management, and personal dedication makes her an unparalleled choice for managing, buying, and selling real estate. Competence with Education Training and Experience... Following a passion to listen and care for others, Ashley earned a degree in education from the University of Northern Colorado. After a very meaningful early career as an educator, she decided to pursue her entrepreneurial and innovative spirit. “I am passionate about education, but I have always had a business mindset, an entrepreneurial heart, and a strong interest in real estate,” she says. “After teaching for 6 years, I decided that is what I wanted to explore.” In 2015, Ashley landed a position working with Keyrenter Property Management as a property manager, overseeing over 100 residential properties all throughout the Denver area. However, compelled by her true nature, Ashley reflected on her time in the front range by attesting, “I grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley and after spending over a decade on the front range, I realized how much I missed the mountains." Leveraging her experiences in empathy and understanding as an educator and the skills acquired through complex and multi-faceted property management, Ashley followed her heart which led her back home where she accepted a position managing a 100 units seasonal employee housing complex in Aspen. Fast forward... Ashley continues to advance in her real estate career and in 2020 earned her broker’s license where she has been able to help others buy and sell properties, in addition to working as a property manager. Today, she is an on-site property manager at a new apartment complex in Carbondale where she works alongside the owners to oversee all the property management needs. She is also a real estate advisor and property manager with Coldwell Banker Mason Morse with a focus on property management and residential real estate sales. Ashley’s demeanor and enthusiasm show that she could not be happier to come full circle to return back to her hometown and now work with such an incredible team at Coldwell Banker Mason Morse in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley. Leaning on her attunement Ashley describes this new pursuit, “There’s just something about providing housing and finding homes for others that is very meaningful and rewarding to me. I know it is a way to strengthen the lives of others by providing a sense of stability and security in their own lives. It is also a place they can call their own and provides a more solid financial foundation in which they can continue to grow and pursue their purpose and dreams."
