About Tracy

A Colorado native, Tracy has lived in Buena Vista for the past 25 years. She has been a licensed Insurance Agent for the past 32 years and has worked alongside her husband, Justin, in their State Farm Insurance Agencies here in Buena Vista and Leadville, CO. She has been a member of our Collegiate Peaks Realty Team since 2017, which has provided her the opportunity to share her love for our small mountain town with others. Tracy and her husband have three wonderful children who were born and raised in the Arkansas Valley; which instilled in her a passion to serve Chaffee County. She has taken on multiple leadership roles, where she has guided and encouraged our youth to be active participants in their community; including 4H, Heart of the Rockies Roping Association, Vacation Bible School, and many more. She has served on the Buena Vista School Board for seven years, where she currently serves as the secretary. In her free time, Tracy enjoys watching her family rodeo, riding horses, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to working with and sharing her passion for our small, mountain community, as you find your little piece of heaven tucked away in the Arkansas Valley.
