About Wynn

My name is Wynn Lynch, and I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker here in Boulder, CO. I originally grew up in Los Angeles, CA and decided to come to Boulder for the University and the outdoor potential. I love snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, and a few other outdoor activities, as well as just enjoying the town of Boulder and the surrounding areas. At this point, it is hard to imagine living anywhere but Colorado and I am trying to help others realize their dream of living here too, whatever that might look like for them. I got into real estate for two main reasons. First, I love the experience of buying and selling properties that support a lifestyle, rather than being just a place to live. Second, I have always had an interest in finance, it’s what I got my degree in at CU Boulder and I had a personal interest in the subject of investing well before that. I believe that owning real estate is one of the best financial decisions available to Americans today. Helping others with their personal and financial goals in real estate, whether they are buying or selling, is my mission.
