About Matt

Local Expertise and Guidance Matt DeSimone believes real estate can be a powerful way for people to build the life they want, and he has a proven process to help people get there. With a background in design and building, along with a passion for helping others, Matt has a unique ability to serve others. Matt’s approach is relational, not transactional. His clients and friends describe him as a great listener, understanding, and patient. Matt believes that spending extra time upfront to help people clarify what’s most important in a purchase or sale, is key to finding homes and opportunities that will make their lives the best they can be. Whether buying or selling, regardless of budget or experience, Matt’s goal is to make the process smooth, educational, and centered around long-term success. Matt and his wife, along with their two dogs, live in Lafayette, Colorado. Outside of real estate, Matt volunteers with the Colorado Green Building Guild, advocating for high-performing homes and helping organize Boulder County’s annual Green Home Tour. When he’s not working, Matt enjoys being outdoors, backcountry snowboarding, fly fishing, camping, mountain biking, and creating new adventures for himself and those he cares about, making him a local expert and guide both inside and outside of real estate transactions.
