Kristin is a Boulder native with a great appreciation and understanding of the local real estate market. Kristin enjoys simplifying and clarifying this process for her clients, so they can feel confident and at ease. With 3 children (aged 6,9,&11), Kristin values family and acknowledges the importance of creating a beautiful, functional, and joyful home. She is passionate about building relationships and helping others define their real estate needs and dreams. Kristin's previous work experience in the medical field, natural healing arts/birth support, and sales/marketing have prepared her to be a reliable, detail-oriented, and loyal real estate broker. In her free time, Kristin loves playing with her family in nature, running, dancing, traveling, and building meaningful relationships. Kristin has lived for short stretches in other states but her heart has always led her back to her hometown of Boulder, Colorado. In her mind, Boulder’s natural beauty coupled with the progressive, vibrant community makes Boulder the ideal place to live and raise a family.
